What is the Felt Sense?

Trauma Healing 101: FELT sense…awareness of how your body feels “inside”…..your throat, heart, stomach, chest, circulation, etc. It is your INTERNAL responses and BODY experiences. It is the combination of SENSATIONS + EMOTIONS.
